Privacy policy

Omnmake processes your Google account identifier, email and profile to sign you in, and keeps credit and payment records to operate the service. Card information is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number.

Your photos and prompts are sent to KIE and its selected model providers to generate videos. Their processing and retention are governed by their own policies. Removing files from Omnmake does not guarantee immediate removal from a provider's systems.

Stored photos expire 30 days after upload. Videos expire 30 days after generation. Expired files are removed by scheduled maintenance. Files required by unresolved tasks remain until the task is resolved. Download links expire within five minutes, and previously issued links can remain usable until they expire.

You can delete uploaded photos, completed video media, or your account in the product. Account deletion immediately disables access and schedules remaining media for removal. Financial records and credit audit entries are retained for accounting and dispute handling.

We use necessary authentication cookies. This version does not include advertising or analytics cookies. Service providers may process data in countries other than your own.
